CHECK THIS BOX IF YOU AGREE WITH THE INTERIM TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN. This Agreement is between the contractor known as the promoter and 16 Bars Multimedia known as the Booking agency. All artistes named under the category of voice actors, musicians, singers, poets, and authors referenced on this platform hereby gives exclusive rights to 16 bars Multimedia to manage and schedule bookings on their behalf. Any person, entity, or persons that wish/es to engage any of these artistes must first read, agree to, and submit the required information set forth in this document. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS The promoter agrees to pay 50% of the agreed cost at disclosure. Whenever the venue is outside of the artiste’s country, state, parish and or within an hour’s commute via vehicle, it is the sole responsibility of the promoter to secure adequate lodging, transportation, and food suitable to the artiste’s satisfaction. ASSURANCE OF PAYMENT At the time the artiste/s arrive/s securely at the venue, the promoter must remit the remaining 50% to 16 Bars Multimedia in good faith to ensure that the artiste will be paid at the end of his/her/their performance. If the remaining 50% is not paid in time before the artiste enters the stage, this will constitute a breach of contract and 16 Bars Multimedia, and their artiste/s is/are exempt from any contractual agreement to perform. Under this Agreement the promoter is still responsible to safely transport the artiste/s to their place of accommodation and allow for their safe passage to their place of origin. The latter remains true if all funds are paid on time and the artiste/s is/are allowed to fulfill their contractual agreement. Once we reach an agreement a final contract will be sent to you for conclusion.
